REQUEST

• Graduated from High School or higher;
• Accounting experience from 2 years. Experience in the field of electromechanical is preferred;
• Having used software, especially Fast online software is an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION

Material warehouse:

• Accounting: Import-export materials;
• Check inventory of materials and books, compare actual inventory with the project’s storekeeper (periodically, irregularly);
• Compare import – export of materials with the Investor, and subcontractors (periodically, irregularly).

Payment at the project:

• Procedures for advance cost for the project;
• Collecting and completing completed dossiers;
• Gather and complete payment records for project expenses.

Other jobs:

• Send documents and documents to the Company’s office;
• Upload files to the system.
