Job description
Material warehouse:
- Accounting: Import – export materials;
- Check inventory of materials and books, compare actual inventory with the project’s storekeeper (periodically, irregularly);
- Compare import – export of materials with the Investor, subcontractors (periodically, irregularly);
Payment at the project:
- Procedures for advance cost for the project;
- Collecting and completing completed dossiers;
- Gather and complete payment records for project expenses.
Other jobs
Send documents and documents to the Company’s office;
Upload files to the system;
Support project secretarial work when needed.
